The EN-holistic school model provides an early nurturance of entrepreneurial skills and self-reliance.
Vocational Skills building bridges the gap between education and real-world opportunity. It empowers individuals to break cycles of poverty while simultaneously addressing critical skills shortages that drive economic growth and innovation
Education & Training
Uganda professionals from various fields are hired to teach women specific vocational skills.
These topics include:
- Tailoring
- Bead Work
- Knitting
- Soap Making
- Fabric Making
- African Printing
- Batik
- Finance
- Farming Practices
The women have the opportunity to learn skills they are interested in and passionate about. The goal is that once these women feel confident in a specific skill, they can then use that skill to make an income for their family, whether that be through partnering with another business or starting a small business of their own with the help of our micro-finance loan project.
