Steve’s leadership journey includes spearheading on-the-job training for Hendrick Automotive Group, the largest privately held auto group in the U.S. while guiding leadership development, communication, and culture enhancement for Hendrick Motorsports. His strategic insights have consistently empowered organizations to build high-performing teams, streamline processes, and foster cultures of accountability and trust.
With a bachelor’s in organizational leadership and a master’s in organization development and change, Steve has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities leaders face in today’s fast-paced business environment.
His hands-on experience is further supported by certifications as a John Wooden Coach and a Management by Strengths Master Instructor, enabling him to provide customized, impactful coaching solutions.
