Founder, President & CEO
My name is Judith Risa Nakibuuka Ebil, I grew up between Uganda and Rwanda so I speak both Kinyarwanda and Rukiga. I went to Kigezi High School for six years so I have roots in Kabale, then joined Makerere University Law School for 4 years where I graduated with a bachelor of Law (LLB). I also have a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management, I worked for a ministry for 3 years as an HR Manager & Legal advisor before I moved to the USA. In the USA I did earn a MBA and a masters in Divinity and became ordained as a minister of the gospel here in the USA. I am a certified Financial Coach with Dave Ramsey Solutions. I currently work as a Financial Accountant and Leadership Coach while my husband and I lead a nonprofit known as Empowering Nations. We also recently opened up a law firm in Kampala with a friend. I am married to Godfrey Ebil and we have three children.
From a young age we knew we were called to ministry and God has revealed this over the years in different forms and most especially in empowering families and developing leaders.
We feel God, in this season, calling us to be a channel that connects both worlds; the USA where we live and E. Africa for what the Bible calls “Iron sharping Iron.” This includes developing leaders and empowering families to improve their spiritual and economic status.
